What Is The 12 Stage Journey?


We know that everyone’s goal will fall under 1 of the following categories.

1- FAT LOSS
2- PERFORMANCE
3- MUSCULAR DEVELOPMENT
4- HEALTHY LIVING

That’s why we have customised the journey to be as relevant, specific and success focussed as possible.

Each stage is done completely at your own pace under the support and guidance of our gym team. The journey lasts 12 weeks on average.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Our 12 Stage journey starts with an initial consultation. In this session we focus on highlighting the areas of fitness we need to develop over the next 12 stages in order for you to get incredible results.
PROGRESS MONITORED CLOSELY!

We then use our specifically chosen performance tests to quantify your starting levels. These are specific tests that we will use to track your progress throughout the 12 stages.

 

CUSTOM PROGRAMS!

Your instructor will create a bespoke training program for you and show you exactly how to do the exercises in your program, safely and effectively.

Your program is designed to help you increase overall performance in as little time as possible.

You’ll also receive our nutrition guide, online resources and access to our private members only Facebook group for extra support.

You’ll be well on your way to success with our proven training methods and everything you need to adapt & improve.
REGULAR CHECK INS & REVIEWS!

Following on from this we’ll review your progress every four stages allowing us to adjust your program and to make sure you are continuing to get results.

With a fully kitted gym and dedicated group fitness studio, we have everything you need to improve your health & fitness in a way that you enjoy and gets results. We will work closely with you to make sure you have what you need in terms of a gym program, class recommendation and exercise/technique assistance.

We have proudly been serving the local community of Andover with our health and fitness services since 2012. We are a fully staffed facility open 7 days a week. We care deeply about your health and fitness.

The Gym

The gym itself boasts 4 different areas for free weights training, including 2 lifting platforms, a further 2 olympic bar stations and dumbbells from 2.5kg all the way through to 50kg. We also have a selection of machines, kettlebells and 6 benches.

Les Mills Classes

We are proud to provide the world's best group fitness. At Reasons, we deliver 9 different Les Mills programs including BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack. BodyBalance and more! We have over 40 classes per week at various times through the day!
