Here are the opening hours 

 

MONDAY: 9:30am-1:30pm | 4pm-8:15pm

TUESDAY: 5am-7am | 9:30am-1:30pm | 4pm-8:15pm

WEDNESDAY: 5am-7am | 9:30am-1:30pm | 4pm-8:15pm

THURSDAY: 5am-7am | 9:30am-1:30pm | 4pm-8:15pm

FRIDAY: 9:30am-1:30pm | 5pm-8:15pm

 

Here is the PULSE class timetable

 

TUESDAY: 6am-6:30am - PULSE STRENGTH (30 min full body HIIT training for lean results!)

WEDNESDAY: 6am-6:30am - PULSE CARDIO (30 min calorie burning HIIT training!)

THURSDAY: 6am-6:30am - PULSE TEMPO (30 min results driven exercises, fun & challenging!)

 


WE WILL BE ADDING MORE OPENING HOURS AND CLASSES AS WE PROGRESS. YOU WILL PAY THE SAME PRICE! (as long as your membership stays active.)

 

All of the membership terms and conditions are stated on the sign up box.

Payment will be taken out on the same date each month, for the calendar month ahead.

Please note: Your membership payment will recur on the same date of each month from your sign up.

Although the early times won't start until 5th May, we need you to join before the end of April to claim this deal.

You will need to have an induction and fill out some paperwork before you are permitted to train. 

You will be able to start using the gym within our current opening hours (as above minus the 5-7am slots) once inducted if before 5th May.
